Shipping & Delivery

The 12-meter coach is transported via RoRo vessel as the primary method. Due to its length, it occupies approximately 1.5 standard vehicle slots on the carrier deck. For destinations without RoRo service, flat rack container shipping can be arranged with the bus secured by heavy-duty lashing straps. We prepare all export documentation including the commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin. Estimated shipping time is 22 to 42 days depending on the destination port. We work with destination port agents for smooth customs clearance.

After-Sales Service & Export Support

We provide 30 days of technical after-sales support covering the engine, gearbox, air suspension, air conditioning, and braking systems. Remote guidance is offered through video calls and messaging for troubleshooting. We can assist in sourcing common wear items including brake linings, air filters, oil filters, and suspension air springs. An English operation and maintenance handbook is supplied. Buyers are encouraged to conduct a live video inspection before shipment to verify engine startup, air suspension operation, air conditioning function, and overall interior and exterior condition.

Payment Terms

Payment methods: T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), Alipay, and bank card transfer. Standard terms: 30% deposit to reserve the vehicle, 70% balance before shipment loading. Full advance payment is also accepted.
