The XCMG GR165 is a 165 HP motor grader designed for precision surface finishing in road construction and maintenance, airport runway grading, ditching and slope work, and general site leveling. The articulated frame with ±25° articulation provides excellent maneuverability and allows the machine to work effectively in curved road sections and cul-de-sac areas. The 3,960 mm moldboard blade with 360° continuous circle rotation and hydraulic side shift enables multiple blade positioning configurations.

Powered by the Weichai WP6G190 engine producing 140 kW and equipped with a powershift transmission offering six forward and three reverse speeds, the GR165 delivers the power and speed range needed for both heavy cutting passes and high-speed finish grading. The hydraulic blade control system with dual lift cylinders, circle rotation motor, blade tilt, and side shift provides the operator with complete control over blade positioning for achieving precise grade tolerances.

This GR165 has been inspected with verified engine performance, transmission operation across all ranges, hydraulic system pressures and cylinder condition, circle rotation mechanism and wear strip assessment, blade cutting edge condition, and tire tread depth measurement.
