The SHANTUI SR22MC5 is a 22 ton single drum vibratory roller designed for heavy compaction applications including highway subbase, airport runway foundations, earth dam construction, and large-scale municipal infrastructure projects. Powered by the Weichai WP6G190 engine producing 140 kW, this machine delivers powerful centrifugal force through a dual-frequency vibration system (28/32 Hz) allowing the operator to select the optimal compaction setting based on material type and lift thickness.

The heavy-duty drum with robust scrapers, reliable hydrostatic drive system, and articulated frame steering provide excellent maneuverability and consistent compaction results. The ROPS/FOPS certified cabin offers a comfortable operator environment with air conditioning, adjustable suspension seat, and excellent visibility to the drum edge and working area. The vibration system features an automatic activation-deactivation function linked to travel direction to prevent over-compaction at stopping points.

This SR22MC5 has been through our standard inspection process including engine performance verification, hydraulic drive system pressure testing, drum bearing condition assessment, vibration system function check, and scraper bar condition evaluation.
