We coordinate complete export logistics from our Shanghai yard to the buyer's designated destination port. Wheel excavators are transported to the loading terminal by lowbed trailer and can be shipped via flat-rack container or roll-on/roll-off (RoRo) vessel depending on the destination and buyer preference. The machine is securely lashed at multiple chassis tie-down points with ratchet straps or chain binders, and exposed hydraulic cylinder rods receive protective coating. Ocean transit typically takes 15 to 35 calendar days depending on the shipping route and vessel schedule. Our documentation package includes the ocean bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and pre-shipment condition report. Import customs clearance, applicable tariffs, port handling charges, and inland transportation at the destination are the buyer's responsibility.
A 7-day acceptance review window is provided from the date of machine delivery, allowing the buyer to verify that the excavator conforms to the agreed specifications and pre-shipment representations. A complimentary consumables kit containing engine oil filter, fuel filter, fuel water separator, and air filter element is included with each unit at no extra cost. Our technical team can be reached via email and WeChat for remote consultation on operational setup, routine maintenance procedures, hydraulic system troubleshooting, and diagnostic code interpretation. Additional DOOSAN genuine and OEM-compatible replacement parts can be sourced and dispatched by international courier upon buyer request, with freight costs borne by the buyer. On-site overseas service is not within our standard scope; however, we maintain contacts with independent heavy equipment service providers in several major markets.
