The drum shell surface was examined for flat spots, dents, and excessive wear — the shell is smooth and within roundness tolerance measured at three circumferential positions. Drum support bearing housings were checked for temperature rise during a 20-minute dynamic run — temperatures remained stable within normal operating range. The hydrostatic drive pump and motor were tested for case drain flow to assess internal wear — flow rates were below the manufacturer's service limit. Steering articulation pins and oscillation joint bearings were examined with dial indicator measurement — clearances are within acceptable range. The water sprinkler system was operated, confirming pump function, nozzle spray pattern coverage across full drum width, and no leakage at hose connections or fittings. The diesel engine starts reliably and governor response is crisp. All instrumentation and warning indicators on the operator console are functional.

This road roller is suitable for Ro-Ro (Roll-on/Roll-off) shipping from major Chinese ports, being self-propelled onto the vessel deck. For destinations without Ro-Ro service, it can be loaded onto a flat-rack container or shipped as break-bulk cargo after securing with rated lashing equipment.
